According to the authorized release, "A mysterious confrontation leads characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where hints of forbidden practices and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the obscurity." The narrative features a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a hidden cult.

The adventure focuses on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome enemy" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Places and Changes

The trailer highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser ends with a dramatic moment showing a character, probably the prisoner, morphing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
